1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services offered by KitchenAid Support and Sales (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
KitchenAid Support and Sales provides professional diagnostics, repair, maintenance, installation, and parts replacement services for KitchenAid appliances. Services are available for both residential and commercial customers and may include appliance sales and authorized installations.
3. Service Appointments
3.1 Booking Appointments
You may request an appointment through our website, by phone, or other contact methods. While we strive to meet your preferred time, appointment availability may vary.
3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling
To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your service.
3.3 On-Site Access Requirements
Customers must ensure our technicians have safe and clear access to the appliance and any necessary information to complete the service.
4. Estimates and Payment Terms
4.1 Cost Estimates
We provide a written estimate prior to starting any repair. No additional charges will be made without your approval.
4.2 Diagnostic Charges
A diagnostic fee may apply to assess the issue. This fee is separate from the cost of the repair unless otherwise noted.
4.3 Payment Policy
Payment is due upon service completion unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
5. Service Warranty
5.1 Labor Guarantee
We guarantee our labor for 30 days from the date of service.
5.2 Parts Coverage
Parts installed during service are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Warranty Exclusions
This warranty excludes consumables (e.g., refrigerants, filters, fuses), cosmetic wear, and any issues not reported within 24 hours of discovery. If we are denied the opportunity to complete a warranty repair, the warranty is void.
5.4 Extended Warranties
To maintain extended warranty coverage, customers must comply with all required annual maintenance outlined in the warranty agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
KitchenAid Support and Sales is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to food loss, surface damage, or property wear during service, removal, or reinstallation.
7. Subcontracting Notice
Some services may be performed by authorized subcontractors. KitchenAid Support and Sales is not responsible for claims or warranties made by unrelated third parties.
8. Ownership of Materials
All parts, equipment, and materials remain the property of KitchenAid Support and Sales until payment is received in full.
9. Revisions to Terms
KitchenAid Support and Sales reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved under Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
