• Verify your home circuit breaker is in the ON position and the outlet is functioning by plugging in another appliance • Ensure both refrigerator and freezer doors are fully closed and sealing properly with no obstructions • Check that the temperature controls are set to recommended settings (typically 37°F for refrigerator, 0°F for freezer) • Inspect the defrost drain opening (usually located at the bottom rear interior) for visible ice blockages or debris, and carefully flush with warm water if accessible • Clean the condenser coils located at the bottom rear exterior of the refrigerator using a vacuum cleaner and soft brush • Confirm there is at least 2 inches of clearance on all sides of the refrigerator for proper airflow and ventilation • Unplug the refrigerator completely from the electrical outlet and wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in to reset the system and clear temporary error codes • Allow 24 hours of normal operation after reset before determining if the error has been resolved
